Room 42 (to wit the Dark Mother), of course. FYI: in The Omen (1976), “MARIA SCIANNA” (Greek for Mary of Shadow, the Virgin Mary’s antithesis) is carved on the tombstone, identifying Damian’s biological mother, a jackal. Robert inspects the burial pit next to it, saying, “Bambino Scianna” (English and Greek: Christ/Child of Shadow–an allusion to his adoptive son), thinking this is where his genetic son is interred because he states “infant boy” like he is translating the marker. This is wrong; instead, chiseled on the baby’s gravestone is “INSANTEM MASCULUM,” but notice the first word is misspelled as it should be “INFANTEM MASCULUM,” (English: Male Child), and has “Obit VI VI MCMLXX” inscribed upon it, again observed ever so quickly (from Cinema Symbolism 3rd Ed., coming soon). As you can tell, yours truly is a horror buff.
